1. What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address.
• Order details: the service, application area, title, length, deadlines, prompt, instructions and preferences.
• Files you upload, such as a resume, draft, transcript, application prompt or personal notes. These can contain sensitive personal information, so please upload only what is needed.
• Messages between you and your specialist.
• Payment information is handled by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

2. How we use it

To process and deliver your order, to communicate with you about it, to keep your account secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information and we do not use your documents for anything other than your order.

3. Who can see it

Your documents and order details are shared only with the specialist working on your order and the small team that supports it. We also use service providers for payment, email and file storage, who process data on our behalf.

4. Keeping and deleting your information

You can ask us to delete your files and your account by emailing support@applicationwriters.com. We will do so unless we are required to keep a record, for example for payment or legal reasons.

5. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of non-essential emails.

6. Changes

We may update this policy and will note the date of the latest change on this page.
