The rules for ordering and using ApplicationWriters. Please read them before you place an order.
ApplicationWriters provides professional writing support for applications, career documents, presentations and speeches. We work from the information and materials you provide. We do not invent credentials, experiences, employers, results or personal history. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you give us and of what you submit, and for following the rules of the institution, funder or employer you are applying to.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Your price is calculated from the service, application level, service level and length you choose, and is shown before you pay. Payment is taken through secure third-party providers. An order starts when payment is confirmed. The payment options available to you are shown at checkout. You may also use a wallet balance if you hold one.
We make every reasonable effort to deliver by the turnaround you selected. Each service has a shortest turnaround, and the order form only offers delivery times we can meet.
When a delivery is ready you can approve it or request a revision while it is under review, provided the request relates to your original brief and does not substantially change its scope. A substantially different request may be treated as a new order. If you do not respond, the order is marked complete 7 days after delivery.
Refunds are considered under our Money-Back Guarantee. Approved refunds are returned to your account wallet or to your original payment method.
You may not use ApplicationWriters to request content that is illegal, defamatory or fraudulent, including fabricated credentials, qualifications, references or personal history; to impersonate another person or provide false information; to scrape or reverse-engineer our platform; or to resell the work we produce for you.
After full payment and your approval of an order, the rights in the text we prepared for you transfer to you. We do not reuse your personal materials for anyone else.
We treat your documents and order details as confidential, as described in our Privacy policy.
Admission, scholarship, fellowship, interview and hiring decisions are made by others. We do not guarantee any outcome, and we are not responsible for decisions made about your application.
Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed opportunities.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith discussion.
